SHIPPING POLICY

Wild Infusion Tea

At Wild Infusion Tea, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you efficiently and with care. All orders are packed and dispatched from South Australia.

We currently ship within Australia only.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

  • A flat rate of $15 AUD applies to orders under $100

  • Orders are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please.

 

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your location to ensure safe and timely delivery.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

 

​Dispatch time:
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery time:
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or rural addresses may require up to 10–14 business days for delivery.

 

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Courier delays

  • Weather events or other disruptions beyond our control.

 

Wild Infusion Tea is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

DELIVERY DETAILS & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Customers are encouraged to provide a delivery address where someone is available between:

9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

If no one will be available to accept delivery, you may provide “Authority to Leave” (ATL) instructions in the order notes at checkout.

By selecting Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that:

  • The parcel may be left unattended at your nominated address; and

  • Wild Infusion Tea is not liable for loss, theft or damage after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

 

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address details; or

  • Failure to collect from a postal outlet,

 

Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours or within reason of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage

 

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier to investigate. While we will assist where possible, Wild Infusion Tea is not liable for courier-related delays once an item has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship Australia-wide only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
