REFUND POLICY

Wild Infusion Tea

At Wild Infusion Tea, we take care in preparing and packaging our products. This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases, we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product, provided the product is in its original condition.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We will arrange a refund or replacement if:

  • The product received is not the product ordered

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • The product is faulty or unsafe

  • The product does not match its description.

 

For herbal tea, a product may be considered faulty if it:

  • Arrives contaminated, mouldy or spoiled

  • Contains foreign matter

  • Has packaging that compromises safety

  • Has broken glass or damaged containers upon delivery.

 

To request a return, you must:

  1. Contact us within 10 business days of receiving the product (or within a reasonable time if the issue is not immediately apparent); and

  2. Provide proof of purchase; and

  3. Provide clear evidence (photographs etc.) of the issue.

 

We may request the product be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

Products returned without prior contact may be rejected.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographs of both the product and packaging.

 

We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE & LOST PARCELS

If “Authority to Leave” (ATL) is selected at checkout, or the parcel is delivered in accordance with carrier policy, risk passes to you upon delivery confirmation.

Wild Infusion Tea is not responsible for:

  • Theft

  • Loss

  • Damage.

After delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Personal taste preferences.

 

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returned items must be packaged securely. We are not responsible for damage incurred during return transit. Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted if the product seal has been opened or tampered with. 

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed after:

  • The returned goods are received (if required); and

  • The issue has been assessed and confirmed.

 

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
